The staff is amazing! They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I am gluten intolerant but had not informed the hotel in advance. At breakfast there were no gluten free bread. The lady serving breakfast had a short talk with the manager and went out to a shop to bring me gluten free bread. It was really kind and thoughtful, and made me feel cared for plus they have delicious jams I was able to enjoy. The manager was also very accommodating with payment option accepting my "holiday checks". The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated between 2 metro stations and the street is animated, I arrived around 10pm alone and felt safe walking in the street. Note that if you have some heavy luggage the Abbesses metro station has a lift but if it is not working (as it happened to me) it's a long series of staircases to get out of the station.

The hotel is beautiful (newly renovated in the past few months), super comfortable (the bed is cushy, duvet is soft, and the room itself is pretty big by Paris hotel room standards), quiet (I couldn’t hear the neighbours or bustling streets outside at all), and incredibly centrally located (directly on the Main Street with numerous restaurants/stores, and <5 min walk to the nearest metro station). The staff were all super nice and helpful as well, even when I had odd requests (thank you to John Pierre for helping me find a place to buy high heels for Moulin Rouge an hour before the show!) I’ve stayed at 3 different hotels in Paris during different legs of my trip, and this was by far the best one.

I traveled alone and felt very safe in the area. The hotel exceeded my expectations and is very good value for money. Excellent location, easy access to the airport and close to 2 metro stations. The area is also buzzing and lively with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated, the room was compact (I had a small double), it was great for one person but would be small for two, there isn’t a great deal of storage - if you’re staying for more than a couple of nights opt for the bigger room. However, it had everything I needed, clean bathroom and tv with Netflix. I would stay here again and have recommended it already.

The hotel is stylish and in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Metro stops Blanche and Place de Clichy which was super handy to access the major sights of Paris. The area where the hotel is located is beautiful, my favourite in Paris. There are lots of great food options right around the hotel. The room was small but was perfect for us, we were on the 6th floor and there was Air-con in the room which was ideal and also complimentary bottled water. The hotel has soundproofed windows, so even though it's a busy area, the street noise was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the beds are super comfy.

The entire staff was very nice and welcoming. Florian was very patient explaining the area to us And helped with shopping and Restaurant recommendations. All his recommendations were very good. He also helped us organizing a taxi for our departure. He is a very professional young man and keeps Smiling no matter how many people are in front of the reception desk. The young lady who serves breakfast is also very sweet and makes you feel at home. The housekeeping Staff is also very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone and will come back on my next trip.
